• This application is subject to assessment and approval by Radio Samoa.
• Programme scheduling and airtime fees will be confirmed by Radio Samoa.
• All programme content must comply with applicable laws, broadcasting standards and Radio Samoa's policies.
• Any required permissions, licences and content clearances must be obtained before broadcasting.
• An approved programme may be subject to a written agreement setting out airtime fees, payment terms, scheduling, content responsibilities and other applicable conditions.
